Sanaya Magazine is an online magazine generally published four times a year.
Purpose of Sanaya Magazine
Sanaya Magazine is dedicated to exploring the body, nature, relationships and the inner world.
It publishes original contributions, interviews, professional and popular science content, personal stories and articles related to cultural heritage, traditional knowledge, nature, lifestyle and individual well-being.
In preparing our content, we strive to clearly distinguish between professional and scientific findings, traditional knowledge and customs, personal experiences and opinions.
Health and Expert Content
The content of Sanaya Magazine is intended to inform, educate and encourage reflection.
Information published in the magazine does not constitute individual medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, nor does it replace consultation with a doctor, physiotherapist, psychotherapist or another appropriately qualified professional.
