Through Mindfulness, Back to Yourself
When we are mindful, our hearts are open, ready both to receive and to give.

Mindful Wandering – Listening to Ourselves Through Nature
When was the last time you were in nature? Truly mindfully? Without headphones, without all the extras and accessories, without unnecessary layers – just you and nature.
In autumn, nature slowly begins to quieten, and with it, we too can begin to settle. It gently invites us into its embrace, to join it.
I feel deeply connected to nature, and I love autumn. At this time of year, I most enjoy wandering through it, surrendering to it mindfully and listening to it fully. That is when I find it easiest to listen to myself as well – by receiving, observing and feeling everything that is there.
In those moments, I just am.
I surrender to nature in a completely simple and present way.
When I am present here and now, I begin to notice shifts within myself. I do not analyse. I simply observe. Lovingly, I accept everything that appears and comes to the surface. I allow it simply to be.
My heart slowly opens, becomes joyful, and absorbs all the magic and beauty of the moment. I open myself wide to the all-pervading spirit, the source. I become aware of myself and of everything that gives me life.
Nature Is a Magical Creator

Nature does not speak our language. It speaks the language of images and patterns.
When we pause and truly look, we begin to notice that nothing in nature is random. Water creates symmetries, the wind shapes trees and landscapes, rocks tell stories thousands of years old, and light transforms the seemingly ordinary into something magical.

It creates mystical images, and our eyes become interpreters of its messages.
Nature does not tell us what to think. It invites us to feel it and, through Her, to feel Ourselves. In the same scene, each of us may discover something different – what we see often reflects what we carry within.
Perhaps this is why nature has long been regarded as one of our greatest teachers. It does not offer answers, but opens space for questions. It does not explain, but shows. And when we are mindful enough, through its images we can hear and see a small part of our own inner truth.
Nature does not only create landscapes. It creates mirrors.
Within them, the world around us meets the world within us. Sometimes a single reflection is enough to shift our perspective and remind us that the world is not always as it seems at first glance. Sometimes all it takes is a different point of view to see something we had never noticed before.
Rediscovering Wonder
Perhaps the most beautiful thing nature gives us is teaching us how to wonder again.
In a world that constantly demands explanations and answers, it gently invites us to put everything aside for a moment.
It needs no explanation to be wondrous.
It simply is.
As we observe its patterns, reflections and endless creativity, something awakens within us that we knew well as children – genuine wonder. That quiet sense of awe that needs no understanding, only our presence.

Perhaps wonder is one of the most beautiful ways nature communicates with us. Not because it gives us answers, but because it reawakens curiosity, creativity, reverence and a sense of connection with something much greater than ourselves.
When we learn to wonder again, we begin to see and feel again - truly.
“He who can no longer pause to wonder and stand rapt in awe, is as good as dead; his eyes are closed.” ~ Albert Einstein ~
